This day in history - April 30th


1939 – NBC inaugurates its regularly scheduled television service in New York City, broadcasting President Franklin D. Roosevelt's N.Y. World's Fair opening day ceremonial address.

Let me get this straight. They air Franky D's but they scrap Conan because of lower rating than Jay Leno. (that was my lead in to showing this video)
